Our New Hours during this event are as follows:
Monday- Saturday : 10AM - 7PM
Sunday - 12PM - 6PM
  
Due to the current rise of COVID-19 cases in Houston and new county regulations, the following new processes are now in place at KinTech.
1. A MASK IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OUR STORE. MASKS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE ONE.
 
 
2. We want to help you solve your technology issues. However, we need to minimize the number of people in our store to maintain safe distancing. Therefore, we are offering free phone and online consultations to help you troubleshoot your problems with your electronic device. 3. Our technicians have been instructed to monitor and control the number of people in our store so as to maintain safe distancing for everyone. THEREFORE, OUR TECHNICIANS MAY REQUEST THAT YOU WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL WE FINISH SERVING THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF YOU. We know it’s hot outside; but, we value your health and request that you understand and help us in this endeavor.
